Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using TMT OS (tournaments.trackmyacademy.com), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who Can Use TMT OS

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. Organizations using TMT OS must have legal authority to do so.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Platform Use

TMT OS provides tournament management tools. You may use it to: create and manage tournaments, collect registrations and payments, generate brackets and schedules, communicate with participants.

You may not use TMT OS to: host fraudulent tournaments, collect payments without intent to run the tournament, spam participants, violate any Indian law.

5. Payments and Fees

Registration payments are processed by Razorpay. TMT OS charges a 5% platform fee on all registration payments collected. This fee is non-refundable. Subscription fees (if applicable) are charged monthly or annually as selected.

6. Organizer Responsibilities

You are responsible for: the accuracy of tournament information, participant safety during the event, honouring your own refund policy to participants, complying with applicable sports regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

TMT OS and its features are owned by Track My Academy. Your tournament data and organization content remain yours.

8. Limitation of Liability

Track My Academy is not liable for disputes between organizers and participants, tournament cancellations, equipment failures during events, or any indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Data will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
