1. Acceptance

By using TMT OS (tournaments.trackmyacademy.com), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bracket results are final once confirmed by a referee.

Disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the match.

Registration payments are processed through Razorpay.

The platform fee (5%) is deducted before payout to organizers.

Organizers receive payouts via bank transfer (manual in v1 — contact support).

You are responsible for all actions under your account and must use the platform lawfully.

Track My Academy is not liable for organizer-participant disputes or indirect damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
