Refund Policy

Registration Refunds (Player to Organizer)

Refund eligibility is set by the tournament organizer and disclosed on the tournament registration page. TMT OS facilitates refunds on the organizer's behalf. Typical policy:

• Withdrawal before registration deadline: 100% refund
• Withdrawal after deadline, before tournament starts: 50% refund
• Withdrawal after tournament starts: No refund

Platform Fee

The 5% TMT OS platform fee is non-refundable once a registration payment is captured.

Subscription Refunds (Organizer to TMT OS)

Monthly subscriptions: No refund for the current month. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.

Annual subscriptions: Refund available within 14 days of purchase if no tournaments have been created.

After 14 days or after first tournament: No refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@trackmyacademy.com with: your organization name, tournament name, registration ID, reason for refund request.

We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.

Razorpay Refund Timeline

Refunds processed by Razorpay appear in the payer's account within 5-7 business days depending on their bank.
