Privacy Policy — TMT OS

1. Who We Are

TMT OS (tournaments.trackmyacademy.com) is a product of Track My Academy, a company incorporated in India and operating from EDB 210, Incubation Centre, VISTAS, Pallavaram, Chennai 600043. For privacy matters, contact us at support@trackmyacademy.com.

2. What Data We Collect

Personal data: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth (for players), profile photo (optional). Tournament data: Match scores, registration records, payment records, team and player history. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, usage logs. Payment data: Payment status, transaction ID, amount. We never store card numbers (handled by Razorpay).

3. How We Use Your Data

To create and manage your account and organization. To process tournament registrations and payments. To send match reminders and tournament updates via email and WhatsApp. To generate analytics reports for tournament organizers. To improve the TMT OS platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure, ap-south-1 Mumbai region). Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2+. Access is controlled by Row Level Security (RLS) — organizations can only access their own data.

5. Data Sharing

We share data with: Supabase (database hosting), Razorpay (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Twilio (WhatsApp notifications). We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertising networks.

6. Your Rights

Access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, export your data in CSV format, withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email support@trackmyacademy.com.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication (essential, cannot be disabled) and analytics cookies (optional, controlled via our cookie consent banner).

8. Data Retention

Account data: retained while your account is active. Deleted accounts: data deleted within 30 days. Payment records: retained for 7 years (required by Indian law). Audit logs: retained for 3 years.

9. Minors

TMT OS is not intended for users under 13. Player profiles for minors must be created by the tournament organizer or a parent.
